1.3. We’re currently using PayMill GmbH as the payment solutions provider.
2.1. Attendees can use the Nicer mobile apps without registration. In order to use The Service to buy event tickets, the attendees will be asked for the following information: email address, full name, phone number, credit card and billing information or PayPal credentials.
2.2. In order to use The Service, the event organizers will be asked for the following information: company's name, account administrator name and email address. We will also ask for credit card and billing information.
2.3. The company collects application usage statistics.
2.4. The Company uses the information that was gathered in order to service event organizers and attendees, including billing information, to perform research regarding the usage of The Service.
2.5. The Company will not sell this information, rent it or exchange it with any third party.
2.6. However, if requested by law, The Company holds its right to share your information with the authorities.
2.7. The Company will use the email and, whenever appropriate, telephone number provided in the registration process in order to send a welcome email, billing and invoice information and news and updates.
2.8. The Company uses "cookies", a small amount of usually anonymous information, to store some relevant session information. The Company may store and access such "cookies" on your computer. Making use of this technology is necessary for using The Service.
2.10. The Company will transfer information, and will notify you about it, in any case it will be acquired or merged with another company.
2.11. Please be informed that The Company uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, emailing, networking, storage, and related technology required to run The Service.
1. Due to high demand, one person can buy one Early Berry ticket at a time.
2. All tickets will be delivered as e-tickets only.
3. We will happily process refunds if you can’t attend the event but please note that there is a refund charge of 10% of the ticket price. We will be processing refunds until April 17th, 2013.
4. It’s possible to transfer your ticket to another attendee if you let us know by April 17th, 2013. As long as you deal with money between the two of you, there will be no additional fees for this.
